Antoine Palmer - Team-mate

team-antoine1Antoine Palmer is a business consultant and enterpreneur with Cambridge. He is perhaps Edmonton's one and only monk-turned-business consultant, with an extensive background in social enterprise, community development, communication and mediation, project management, and real estate investment. Having spent many years in Asia and Europe learning and practicing the life of a monk, Antoine arrived in Edmonton in 2007 and founded Konscious Corp, a consulting agency. Since then he has tried to infuse the discipline of a monk life in stimulating business and not for profit enterprises. Antoine was responsible for branding and marketing a fundraising campaign that raised over $30 million of investment in 18 months; was a key consultant for the managerial restructure of multiple large-scale real estate projects challenged by the 2008-2009 economic downturn; and has consulted on dozens of projects from affordable housing to renewable energy. Antoine is a valuable member in the Cambridge team.

Vik Maraj- Team-mate

VikVik Maraj is a co-creator of Unstoppable Conversations and holds the role of Chief Disruptor, Lead Negotiator, and Transformational Design Specialist. Vik is known as a thought leader in the field of organizational development, mastering change, human relations, and cultural transformation. He deals with the invisible patterns of thinking that limit innovation, fulfillment, and performance. Vik is a Dean's List graduate and hold a Masters in Science from the University of Alberta. He was a co-founder of the multi-million dollar Castle Rock Research Corp, a past Board Member of the Alberta Arbitration and Mediation Society, and works as a high-stakes conflict resolution specialist at the highest levels of business and government. The clients with whom Vik has made a lasting difference include National and International Governments, Multinational Corporations, Universities, the UN, National Not-For-Profits, School Boards, and Communities. He has facilitated world congresses, instigated dramatic shifts in corporate cultures, and unlocked historically intractable relationships with billions of dollars and lives at stake.

KevinKevin Gangel holds the role of co-founder, Chief Connector and Implementation Specialist within Unstoppable Conversations. Kevin brings 15 years of corporate sales and leadership expertise, having managed a multi-million dollar line of business in the HR and IT sector, and with a broad background in non-profit governance. He is a Certified Mediator and Negotiator (through the Alberta Arbitration and Mediation Society), a Past President of the Canadian Information Processing Society, and a former instructor of the Alberta Community Development Board Governance Program. He is a two-time Finalist with Alberta Venture, in the categories of both Business Results and Best Workplace, and an internal award winner as Manager of the Year with a leading professional services firm. He served three years as national Chief Environmental officer. More recently, Kevin co-delivered Canada's first Social Entrepreneur bootcamp and is an active advisor for an award-winning green technology company in addition to his coaching, facilitation, and leadership development engagements.

Guninder Sandhu - Team mate

Guninder-Sandhu-01Guninder is the co-founder of Embrics, an Asia based strategic and financial advisory firm with a focus on emerging market transactions. He has advised a number of investors from India and China on their investments within India, China as well as other countries. He brings with him strong knowledge in cross-border M&A, fund raising, strategic partnerships and technical collaborations through his experience of working with clients across diverse sectors.

Guninder has previously worked with a leading Shanghai based investment bank and has also lead the business development team for a major global distribution company.

Guninder received his Bachelor of Commerce with major in management from Mumbai University and MBA from Army Institute of Management Kolkata, India.
